1) Rental agreement and security deposit required at the time of booking.
2) Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be disclosed with a fee.
3) No smoking at all times
4) Standard check-in time is 3pm, Checkout time is 10am. Inquire about alternative times as an add-on service.
5) Cancellation policy: FREE cancellation within 48 hours of booking (if booking is made at least 14 days from arrival). 50% refund if cancellation is made more than 14 days from arrival. No refund for cancellation within 14 days of arrival.
