Booking Requirements Rental agreement and valid photo ID required at booking. Payment processed securely through Stripe.
Minimum Stay:ย Three nights on weekends. Midweek and holidays minimums vary.
Security Deposit: $500 hold placed 48 hours before arrival, released after post-stay cleaning.
Check In and Checkout: Check in 3pm. Checkout 10am. Early check in and late checkout available for $50 each, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking (if booked 14 days before arrival). 50% refund if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival. No refund within 14 days of arrival.
Pet Policy: Up to two dogs welcome. $150 nonrefundable fee. Must be disclosed at booking.
No Smoking: Non-smoking property at all times.
Winter Driving: AWD or 4WD recommended. Shovel and rock salt provided.
Cell Service: Signal can be spotty throughout the area. WiFi calling recommended.
